Return Shipping

As we currently do not offer an automated reverse pickup service through our website, you may choose either of the following options:

Schedule a Pickup

We can arrange a pickup from your doorstep upon request. Return/exchange shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Self-Ship the Product

You may courier the product directly to us. Our return address will be shared via WhatsApp.

Conditions for Return & Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The request must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
  • The product must reach us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

Non-Acceptance of Returns

Returns or exchanges that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. In such cases, no refund or exchange will be processed.

Exchange Process

Step 1: Raise an Exchange Request

We will share our shipping address with you. Kindly dispatch the product through a reputed courier service.

Step 3: Share Dispatch Details

Once the product has been shipped, please share the following via WhatsApp or email:

  • Order ID
  • Booking/Courier Receipt
  • Contact Number
  • Email ID
  • Required Size or Updated Measurements

Step 4: Quality Check & Dispatch

Upon receiving the product, our team will inspect it as per our Return & Exchange Policy. If the item passes the quality check, the exchanged product will be dispatched to you.

Step 4: Store Credit Issuance

Once the returned product is received and approved after inspection, store credit equivalent to the product value will be issued.

Store Credits

  • Are valid for 180 days from the date of issue.
  • Can be redeemed against any future purchase on our website.
  • Cannot be combined with discount codes, promotional offers, or coupons.

Important Terms & Conditions

  • Custom-made or made-to-measure orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Store credits are valid for 180 days only. Expired store credits cannot be reissued, extended, or reinstated.
  • All garments are Dry Clean Only.
  • Only one exchange per order is permitted.
  • Discounts, promotional offers, and coupon codes cannot be applied when redeeming store credits.
  • We are not responsible for products that are lost, stolen, or damaged while being shipped back to us by the customer.
  • Any return or exchange sent without prior approval and notification will not be accepted.
