EASY EXCHANGE POLICY

At Everyday Story, we hope you love our products as much as we do. Each item is crafted with care and undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. However, if something doesn’t feel quite right, we offer a hassle-free return process—because your satisfaction matters to us.

RETURNS ELIGIBILITY

  • You may apply for a return within 3 working days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact.

WHAT’S ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

  • All products are eligible for return.

  • Returns are allowed only once per order.

  • Orders placed using store credit are not eligible for further return.

EXCHANGE REQUEST PROCESS

  1. Login to your Everyday Story account and place an exchange request.
    Alternatively, you can also request an exchange via email, WhatsApp, or Instagram.

  2. Dispatch the product using any reputed or well-known courier service.

  3. After dispatch, share the booking receipt along with your:

    • Order ID

    • Contact number

    • Email ID

    • New size or measurement details

RETURN REQUEST PROCESS

  1. Login to your Everyday Story account and place a return request.
    Alternatively, you can also request a return via email, WhatsApp, or Instagram.

  2. Dispatch the product using any reputed or well-known courier service.

  3. After dispatch, share the booking receipt along with your:

    • Order ID

    • Contact number

    • Email ID

    • Reason for return

  4. Once we receive the returned product, store credits (equivalent to the product value) will be issued.
    These credits can be redeemed on our website within 180 days.

ELIGIBILITY FOR SUCCESSFUL RETURN/EXCHANGE

  • The item must be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery.

  • Product must include:

    • Original brand label

    • Article number

    • Undetached price tag

    • Complete packaging

  • Product must be:

    • Unused and undamaged

    • Free from stains, scratches, tears, or rips

  • Store credits are valid for 180 days. Expired credits cannot be reissued.

  • All products are dry clean only.

  • Only one-time exchange is allowed per order.
